Moving energy re-conceived. Design study: Implement longer travels with any chain size

No thrust force applied, for long travels ... pull e-chain

Would you like to guide cables safely without the need for classic energy chains? In the "pull-chain system" design study, chain links are only needed to arrange and guide the cables. Push-pull forces are no longer applied to the chain in the normal way. Instead, the cable guiding elements are suspended by tensioning cables and guided by means of a moving carriage and a deflector.

This means that longer travels can be implemented irrespective of the chain size. The complete system can be enclosed safely and uses up very little space.

Implement longer travels with any chain size

The complete system can be enclosed safely and uses up very little space.

No standard energy chain necessary

Safe cable guidance over the longest travels

Low loads and therefore high degree of safety of the entire system

Compact dimensions, fully enclosed

Typical application areas:Linear robots / 7th axis robots, linear robots, cranes
