High Helix Lead Screws and Nuts

Three igus high helix lead screw nuts lined up from left to right: the first is a white cylindrical nut with counterclockwise grooves spiraling to the back and a hole at the center. The middle nut is dark maroon, with a tall rectangular backing featuring three holes—two small ones at the top and bottom, and a larger one with counterclockwise grooves. The third is light tan with a thinner cylindrical backing and six evenly spaced holes around its face, with grooves spiraling in the main cylinder.
  • Proprietary thread design for longer service life
  • Offers higher speeds and increased efficiency
  • 7 nut materials and 3 screw materials

ACME nuts

Three ACME lead screw nuts lined up left to right, the first one a white cylinder with a hole with grooves that run counterclockwise in a spiraling rotation to the back of the nut, the middle one a dark maroon red cylinder with a tall rectangle backing that has a rounded top and bottom. There are 3 holes, a small hole at the top of the rectangle and the bottom, and a larger hole with counterclockwise grooves running through it in a spiraling pattern. The nut all the way to the left is light tan/beige, a cylinder with a larger, thinner cylinder backing. The backing has 6 evenly spaced small holes around its face, and the main cylinder has a large hole with counterclockwise grooves spiraling to the back of the nut
  • Durable due to cold-rolled manufacturing
  • Available in imperial measurements
  • Long, predictable service life

Trapezoidal Lead Screws and Nuts

Three trapezoidal lead screw nuts lined up from left to right: the first is a white cylindrical nut with counterclockwise grooves spiraling inward. The second is a dark maroon nut with a tall rectangular backing featuring three holes: a small hole at the top and bottom, and a larger hole with counterclockwise grooves. The third is a light tan nut with a thin cylindrical backing, featuring six evenly spaced small holes around its face, and a large hole with counterclockwise grooves spiraling to the back.
  • Low coefficient of friction
  • Right, left and opposed drive thread types
  • 6 nut materials and 3 screw materials

Metric Lead Screws and Nuts

Three metric lead screw nuts lined up from left to right: the first is a white cylindrical nut with counterclockwise grooves spiraling inward. The second is a dark maroon cylindrical nut with a tall rectangular backing, featuring three holes—small holes at the top and bottom, and a larger hole with spiraling counterclockwise grooves. The third is a light tan cylindrical nut with a thinner backing, featuring six evenly spaced small holes and a large hole with counterclockwise grooves spiraling to the back.
  • Highly durable, streamlined design minimizes wear
