CF10 is the shielded counterpart to CF9 — the same maximum-duty TPE cable for the longest, hardest travels, with a braided shield for EMC-critical runs. It shares the PVC- and halogen-free TPE jacket, the 5 × d bend radius, the 1,312 ft (400 m)+ gliding travel, the bio-oil resistance, the -55 °C (-67 °F) static cold rating and +100 °C (+212 °F) ceiling, and the UV resistance — adding noise immunity for control and signal lines on the most demanding axes.
When to use it: The most demanding long-travel, high-cycle flexing where EMC matters and the environment is oily, cold, or outdoor — shielded control runs on long-travel gantries, crane systems, and high-bay warehouses.
When not to use it: When no shield is needed and cost matters (use the unshielded CF9), when you need a UL-listed cable for North American code (use CF10.UL), when the priority is the smallest bend radius in a fine shielded cable (use CF99.PLUS), or when a shielded PVC or PUR cable such as CF6 or CF78.UL would do at lower cost.
Application areas: EMC-sensitive long-travel gantries, crane and hoist systems, high-bay warehouses, and outdoor or cold-environment automation with extreme travel.
