drylin® W linear rails were developed to promote design flexibility and quick assembly in both single and double rail configurations. All drylin® W linear rails are equipped with iglide® high-performance polymer liners, significantly reducing friction and extending service life.

Styrofoam dust, consisting of electrostatically charged styrofoam particles created during milling, settles on machine components and clogs conventional linear bearings within a relatively short period of time.  Extensive maintenance is necessary for which machine components need to be disassembled.  The dry-running drylin® linear guide rail assembly for all axes eliminates maintenance.
