A tecnologia Cat-HTR desenvolvida por um cientista alemão recupera recursos a partir dos resíduos plásticos em 20 minutos

Sustentabilidade, redução de resíduos e renovação: estes são os objetivos fundamentais da tecnologia Cat-HTR (Reator Hidrotérmico Catalítico). Esta pode ser utilizada para reciclar resíduos plásticos em 20 minutos. O óleo obtido pode ser reutilizado para produzir novos produtos em polímero. De modo a apoiar a economia circular dos plásticos, a igus investiu agora 4,7 milhões de euros numa empresa que planeia abrir a primeira fábrica de Cat-HTR.
