iglide® bearings are designed with highly engineered plastic materials that are embedded with solid lubricants, which enable smooth, dry-running operation. They’re also lightweight and resistant to dirt, dust, chemicals and corrosion. drylin® products - such as linear bearings, actuators and lead screw assemblies - feature plastic sliding elements that offer the same advantages of iglide®.
chainflex® flexible cables feature PUR/TPE outer jackets that are hydrolysis and microbe-resistant (cleanroom ISO class 1 ratings). Their low bend radii makes them ideal for use inside robots with limited space. We also offer micro e-chain® cable carriers with easy-to-open crossbars for that same purpose. Turnkey cable management solutions are also available. All chainflex® cables and e-chain® cable carriers are guaranteed to last 36 months. We rigorously test all of our products inside our 41,000 square-foot test lab in Cologne, Germany to ensure that you receive a durable, reliable, long-lasting solution.
