Low-cost multi-axis gantry robots

A maintenance-free, low-cost automation solution

drylin® gantry robots consist of various linear actuators that perform xyz linear motions. They’re engineered to glide instead of roll, which ensures quiet and smooth operation, and are designed with self-lubricating components that are corrosion resistant and maintenance-free. drylin® gantry robots are also lightweight and cost up to 60 percent less than traditional gantries.  Typical applications include pick and place, sorting, labelling, measurement, inspection automation, and repetitive material handling.  igus® offers single-axis actuators as well as customized drylin® gantries based on customer-specific application and installation parameters. Choose from a variety of actuators, stroke lengths and accessories.
