This machine boxes and packages profiles for dry wall construction. A tremendous amount of metal chips and dust occur here. The previously used metal ball bearings failed frequently as a result, and they also had to be serviced very often. No so with the igubal® spherical bearing, flange bearings and rod end bearings used from igus®. They have helped maintenance and downtime's to be reduced almost to nothing. The bearings absorb high tensile and compressive forces and are completely self-lubricating, meaning that no chips stick to them.
