Submarine

The Scubster is a streamlined submersible intended to facilitate research and exploration on the ocean floor. Big enough for one person, the pilot must pedal to power the two propellers - one on each wing of the craft.

The Scubster is a wet sub, which means the vehicle is not airtight and the pilot has to rely on scuba gear to breathe.

Corrosion resistant xiros® plastic ball bearings with glass balls are used to guide the propellers, the steering, and the coupling drives.
