Conveyor belts

A mobile, vibrating conveyor belt – for conveying bags and boxes from a basement up to street level. The space situation is limited, steps and a wall 2.5 metres high have to be overcome. The width of the system is 600 millimetres, 500 millimetres of which are the belt itself. The overall length of the straight structure is 5.2 metres. It is used for packages weighing between 30 and 40 kg. It works in two directions and is controlled via a pushbutton. e-chains® from igus® are used for this assembly – they house the compressed air tubes.
