This fitness device allows for optimal leg muscle training. The user sits on a seat that glides forwards when the legs are bent and backwards when the legs are stretched. To get the best possible exercise and avoid injuries, the seat must glide smoothly and easily. Since the leg press is used also outdoors, the bearings and guides used in it must be corrosion-resistant and self-lubricating. To meet these requirements, the developers of the device used drylin® W hybrid bearings and two drylin® linear guides.
