JEM insert bearings are a quick and easy 1:1 replacement for metal bearings

Directly replace your existing metal insert bearings with igubal® JEM - no redesign necessary. These plastic spherical insert bearings, engineered with high-performance polymers embedded with solid lubricants, last 8 times longer than their metal counterparts. Increased lifetime means less replacements and decreased operation costs. igubal® JEM is also grease-free, dry-running and maintenance-free, so you can prevent unplanned downtime and increase production, especially in dirty environments.
