iglide® isense plain bearings indicate their wear status in good time. If a bearing needs to be changed, the system is informed about it.

The read-out units

This is how iglide® isense works

The different read-out units consist of two components. The read-out unit itself, and a cable that is suitable for energy chains.
 
Read-out unit
  • The read-out units inform users about the condition of the plain bearing with a green or red lamp.
  • Depending on the design of the read-out unit, it is possible to connect several plain bearings.
Cables
  • We offer two types of connectors. In addition to the standard connector, we also provide an IP65 and a removable version.
  • The cables that are suitable for energy chains are available in lengths of 1, 2, 5 and 10 metres.
