H3 is a new material in the iglidur H family. H3 sets new standards with its outstanding robustness. This material is tougher than comparable materials and has a longer service life than iglide H1.
AX500 is conductive and has an even lower coefficient of wear than its predecessor. The material was specially developed for the food industry and can therefore be used in contact with food products.
iglide AC500 is a further development of the A500 material, which is detectable and has an optimised service life. Plain bearings made of AC500 have been certified for use in direct contact with food.
The service life of iglide F gears is twice as long as that of comparable POM gears. iglide F is characterized by a particularly low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance - even in applications requiring continuous operation - and also by its vibration-dampening properties.
The advantages can now also be used for gears: cost-effectively injection molded from iglide materials, they make use of additional lubricants superfluous and your application is therefore maintenance-free.
When electrical conductivity is important and electrostatic charging of the components is to be avoided, iglide F3 is exactly the right choice. As the material contains incorporated solid lubricants, the rollers can be used without any additional lubricants and the maintenance associated with them.
The SG03 felt seal prevents dirt and dust from penetrating the bearing point. This then protects the bearing itself and the shaft against wear and early failure.
iglide® isense plain bearings indicate their wear status so that if a bearing needs to be changed, the system is informed about it.
The new material iglide® E is especially characterized by its long service life in combination with shafts made of aluminium. Especially in linear and pivoting motion profiles, iglide® E offers particularly good wear properties.
Knife edge rollers are used as guide rollers in conveyor belts. The new material iglide® A250 was specifically developed for use in knife edge rollers for the food industry and conforms to FDA and EU10/2011.
With DIN EN 45545, the new material iglide® RW250 meets the strict fire protection requirements of railway technology. In addition, the material formulation has been optimized for complete wear resistance and offers very good wear rates in many applications.
Specially developed for the food sector, the material formulation is particularly suitable for machines and systems with food contact since it's optically detectable due to color, low moisture absorption and conformity to FDA and EU10/2011 guidelines.
Due to their shape, the new iglide® K250 clip bearings can be easily clipped into sheet-metal without getting lost. Thanks to its temperature resistance, the new material recipe also allows for absolute dimensional stability beyond the e-coating process.
iglide® coating materials enable you to solve wear problems even where there is little space for plain bearings due to particularly narrow installation spaces.
Solid rollers made of tribologically optimized iglide® materials enable dry-running and maintenance-free guiding and deflection without ball bearings in the smallest installation space with simultaneous weight savings.
