Rotary module – rotation angle of up to 6480 °

The new CRM rotary module is lighter and more compact than, for instance, static guide troughs. It allows a rotation angle of up to 6480 ° and requires minimal installation space. Various types of cable (power, signal, FOC, pneumatic, oils) can be guided. Rotary unions that are inflexible and susceptible to faults are eliminated, allowing a simple, ready-to-install unit.

Possible areas of application:
General machine and plant engineering, Production plants / Material Handling, Machine tools, Industrial robots, Medical technology, Wind power stations, Rides / Theme Park, Satellite-telescopes/antennas

Technical data

Three sizes: dependent on cable diameter

Part No.Cable diameterAngle of rotationNecessary rotary module cable length
CRM.250.08.015mm - 8mm6480°4,5m
CRM.250.11.018mm - 11mm4320°3,3m
CRM.250.15.0111mm - 15mm2160°2,4m

Total length: rotary module cable length + FE projection (connection source)

Example: CRM.250.11.01 ➔ Total cable length: 3.3m + 5m (FE projection) = 8.3 meters
