iglide H3- Tough, wear-resistant, durable

iglide H3 - even more robust and durable than comparable materials

H3 is a new material in the iglide H family. H3 sets new standards with its outstanding robustness. This material is more robust than comparable materials and has a longer service life than iglide H1. The iglide H3 material was primarily developed for use in pumps and problematic media, and is especially advantageous here due to its low moisture absorption.  Learn more about self-lubricating plastics.

Wear in dosing pumps kept to a minimum

We have developed iglide H3 plain bearings for this purpose:

In this Ecoflow dosing pump, iglidur plain bearings are used in the driving mechanism of the pump, where their properties minimize the wear on the piston rod pins.
 
From simple linear movements to fast rotating applications in the medium in question, the iglide plain bearings used in pumps and other areas of fluid technology  are highly wear-resistant and abrasion-resistant.  Moreover, they are resistant to chemicals and high temperatures
