Damping conveyance: xiros® ball transfer unit with disc spring

Resilient absorption of shock loads
Our ball transfer units consist of injection-moulded housings with housing pads and a ball bed. Now a new addition to the product range: the ball transfer unit with integrated disc spring. Disc springs have the advantage that higher forces can be absorbed with small spring travel (deflection). They have a good vibration-dampening function, so that shock loads can be absorbed better. They also offer a more even load distribution when transporting goods with uneven surfaces. If the load exceeds the pre-load force, the plastic ball transfer units deflect into the housing of the spring until the final force is reached.
