XYZ Gantry | workspace 800 x 800 x 500mm
igus offers cartesian robots as XY Actuator (Single Rail), XY Gantries and XYZ Gantry robots for the most varied tasks. igus gantries include pre-configured drylin linear actuators and linear axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

Axis Specifications:
  • X-axes:  Consisting of: two drylin® ZLW-1040 toothed belt axes, standard version, toothed belt tension 200N, feed 70mm/rev, aluminium profile, surface: hard-anodised, PU toothed belt with steel cable, white, guide carriage in length 150mm, shaft end support made of plastic, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA24 with encoder, mechanically synchronised by an aluminium main shaft AWMR-12, main shaft supported by pillow block bearings KSTM-12
  • Y-axis:  Consisting of: drylin® ZLW-1080 toothed belt axis, standard version, toothed belt tension 200N, feed rate 70mm/rev, aluminium profile, surface: hard-anodised, PU toothed belt with steel cable, white, guide carriage in length 100mm, shaft end support made of aluminium, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA24 with encoder
  • Z-axis:  Consisting of: drylin® GRR-1280 cantilever axis, AWMR hollow shafts, feed rate: 72.26mm/rev, aluminium shafts, guide carriage in length 100mm, including adjustable housing bearings, shaft end support made of aluminium, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA23 in the version with M12 connectors and encoder
