XY Actuator (Single rail) | Workspace 500 x 150mm
igus offers cartesian robots as XY Actuator (Single Rail), XY Gantries and XYZ Gantry robots for the most varied tasks. igus gantries include pre-configured drylin linear actuators and linear axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

Axis Specifications:
  • Y-axis:  Consisting of: drylin® ZLW-0660 toothed belt axis, standard version, toothed belt tension 150N, feed 54mm/rev, aluminium profile, surface: hard-anodised, PU toothed belt with steel cable, white, guide carriage in length 100mm, shaft end support made of aluminium, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA23 in the version with M12 connectors and encoder
  • Z-axis:  Consisting of: drylin® GRW-0630 cantilever axis, feed 44mm/rev, aluminium profile, surface: hard-anodised, shaft end support made of aluminium, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA23 in the version with M12 connectors and encoder
