drylin® YZ gantries are a low-cost solution for a variety of automated tasks. They are modular, so you can add igus® accessories (or your own), such as motors, motor flanges, couplings and inductive sensors. drylin® linear YZ gantries offer a variety of advantages: cost savings of up to 60 percent, self-lubricating components, lightweight design, resistance to corrosion, dirt and dust as well as easy assembly and installation. In addition, these YZ gantries provide rapid ROI and easy programming using our robot control system. igus® also offers customized drylin® YZ gantries based on customer-specific application and installation parameters. Typical applications include pick and place, sorting, labelling, measurement, inspection automation and repetitive material handling. Additional igus® accessories include Inductive Sensors, Mechanical Switches, Motor Flanges, Couplings, Assembly Plates and Motor Cables.

The XY actuator is made of an X axis with part number GRW-0630. The Y axis is a ZLW-1080. There are two axes: X’ – Y’ with encoder motors. The workspace is 500mm x 100mm. The list price is $1,291.70.
