In drive and servo technology, the central harnessing number ensures clear technical specifications. Which connector, which cable is used and what the pin assignment is.

But what happens if such standards are missing, need to be adapted or if there are unique requests?

This is exactly where igus comes in: With individual, customized, ready-to-connect cables with no minimum order quantity, we offer maximum flexibility, reliability and no compromises.

igus is expanding the list of drive cable manufacturers:

• 23 cables suitable for Bosch Rexroth
• 6 cables suitable for Delta
• 21 cables suitable for Fanuc
• 5 cables suitable for Harmonic Drive
• 10 cables suitable for SEW EURODRIVE
• 55 cables suitable for Siemens
• 18 cables suitable for Stöber

Connect your Keyence camera system with ready-to-connect, highly flexible cables that can be installed via plug & play.

Is the Keyence camera installed in such a way that the cable is guided in an energy chain? Then this new product with 37 different variations is just the thing.

Adapter cable for changing from Kuka Quantec 1 to 2.

To facilitate and accelerate the system changeover from generation 1 to generation 2, the 7th axis of travel is retained and only the cells are expanded. This means that the old system can continue to be used and resources can be saved.

Product range addition with the harnessing numbers iRH2, iRLB2-021 and iRLB2-022, adding 10 more cables to the family of flexible, ready-to-connect cables. Due to the large number of different chainflex basic parts, we offer the iRLB2-021 and 022 harnesses in 4 different cable qualities. The differences lie firstly in the jacket material, where you can choose between PVC and PUR. Secondly, the bend radii vary between 7.5xd and 15xd.

Simple expansion, double reliability
The cost-effective Module Connect interface solution is now even more flexible and reliable thanks to RFID.

Access authorisation is monitored contactlessly by radio, so that only authorised persons are granted access to the interface.

• Easily add security to existing systems
• Prevent unintentional machine downtime
• For service: unplug it, plug it back in, done
• 100% transparent thanks to activity report (optional)
• Configure and order the Module Connect system online: igus.eu/module-connect
