Modern milling machines push cables to the limit—with oil, metal chips, tight bend radii, and high-speed motion. The CF27.D servo cable is built to endure these conditions with a notch-resistant PUR outer jacket that resists oil and swarf.

A TPE inner jacket and optimized shield braid angle allow for bend radii as tight as 7.5×d, ensuring flexibility and durability. Available in all common motor cross sections, with options for single core, no control pair, or one/two control pairs.

Using the CF29.D in practice

Cables of the CF29.D family are frequently used in storage and retrieval machines (SRMs). There they are used in the mast's hoisting gear. High dynamics and cold environments pose major challenges for the components used. They have to withstand extremely low temperatures, e.g. in cold storages.
