This sunroof for a British swimming and fitness center is completely maintenance-free and opens and closes without a hitch. This is made possible by 520 iglide® plastic plain bearings, which are built into the roof structure. Not only do they require no external lubrication and therefore no maintenance, but they win out over conventional bearings due to their high load capacity and long life.
