Lifting platforms made to be long-lasting with little need for maintenance

The vehicle fleet requires regular maintenance. This means that the lifting platforms and the associated cables and e-chains® are also under constant strain. If the cables are not guided safely, this accelerates wear and can lead to breakdowns. If the cables are guided with e-chains® from igus®, this not only increases the service life of the cables, but the risk of accidents due to exposed cables is also eliminated. The e-chains® not only help with cable guidance, but also with cable management: cables can be organized and replaced quickly and easily in the event of a failure. If the e-chains® are supplemented with chainflex® cables, this results in a further increase in service life. chainflex® cables are specially developed for small bend radii and torsional movements.

The use of iglide® plain bearings for heavy-duty applications is also recommended for underfloor lifts. These enable a durable bearing of the rollers and a clean extension and retraction of the stands. Since iglide® plain bearings contain incorporated solid lubricants, the bearing points require no additional lubricants and are maintenance-free.
