twisterband is capable of rotary movements in the smallest of spaces - 20 times around its own axis. This extremely compact cable management solution enables cost-effective, low-wear and low-maintenance rotary movements to be realized in the tightest of spaces while safely guiding energy, data and media cables.

Industries and applications: Cable reels, machine tools, robots (robot arms, 1/6 axis, scara robots), amusement park rides, medical equipment, radar and telescope equipment, aerospace, test, measurement, handling, lifting and installation equipment, wind turbines (e.g. blade adjustment); wherever rotary unions are used.

Calculation: number of strips depends on angle of rotation (Please always round up the number of bands)

TB12: XX ≈ rotation angle / 360 + 2

Example: XX ≈ 1200° / 360 + 2
Result: XX ≈ 6 bands

TB20: XX ≈ angle of rotation / 340 + 2

Example: XX ≈ 1200° / 340 + 2
Result: XX ≈ 6 bands

TB29: XX ≈ angle of rotation / 180 + 2

Example: XX ≈ 720° / 180 + 2
Result: XX ≈ 6 bands

TB30: XX ≈ angle of rotation / 180 + 2
