Plastic ball bearing rollers that can move heavy & fragile loads with minimum effort

Designed for use in materials handling ball tables and glass processing, their many different designs offer a wide variety of cost-effective applications. Available as units made entirely of maintenance-free and dry-running plastic materials, they also come with stainless steel conveyor balls. Compared to ball tables made of metal, igus® maintenance-free and self-lubricating ball transfer units help save money, time and effort.  They can be installed for horizontal, vertical and overhead movements.  A newly designed housing interior offers a five times higher load capacity.

Made of abrasion resistant xiros®, the polymer is durable and nonconductive. For applications that require non-magnetic ball transfer units, glass balls are available to replace the stainless-steel balls.  All of our xiros bearings are tested to the highest standards at the industry's largest test laboratory, at our headquarters in Cologne, Germany.
