drylin® SLW/SAW

drylin® SLW/SAW are lead screw-driven actuators equipped with fully-supported guide rails, offering more rigidity and resistance to twisting than shaft-guided actuators, like our SHT product line.  They are high-performance, low-cost, low profile and highly flexible, and therefore are some of our most popular actuator series.

The drylin® SLW linear actuator product range is characterized by its stable aluminum dual shaft rails and many carriage versions. These linear actuators are ideal for manual format adjustments, but can also be fitted with a motor to make electrical adjustments. They have high flexural strength and are flat, compact, and fully supported. The hard-anodized aluminum rails are available in five installation sizes.

Lead Screw-Driven Actuators with Shafts

drylin® SHT

The drylin® SHT line of lead screw-driven actuators are guided by precision ground support shafts, available in multiple aluminum and steel alloys. Unlike our SLW line of linear screw-driven actuators, the SHT products are available from size 8mm shaft diameter, to the large high-capacity 30/40/50mm shafts. From the standard, lightweight machined aluminum housings, to the highly corrosion and resistant 300-series stainless, the SHT series offers high performance. The shaft guides are clean and self-lubricating, and allow dirt and debris to pass through the system without build up. The SHT products also offer a complete configurator, allowing customers to add machined lead screw features, accessories like motors, as well as instantly get a 2D drawing and a 3D model, and the ability to order online.

Belt Driven Linear Actuators

drylin® ZLW

The drylin® ZLW is a line of toothed/timing-belt actuators that are best suited to move low loads at high speeds, even up to 5 m/s depending on the load. Each linear actuator system is designed with our own highly engineered,dry-running plastic bearing liners which enable quiet, grease-free and maintenance-free operation. Whether used as an individual system or as part of a gantry robot system, the ZLW series offers the ideal solution when both confined space and a high level of torque support are required. All drylin® ZLW belt driven linear actuators can be ordered ready for installation and configured with drylin® E stepper and DC motors.
