drylin® NT telescopic rails Heavy Duty

Pull out loads up to 25kg
The robust aluminium rail accepts loads of up to 25kg; with a durable coating of iglidur® IC-05 for a lubrication-free extension.

Wherever objects are pulled out of an installation space, telescopic rails are installed. They consist of several rails that displace each other and pull apart – in vending machines, laser marking systems, or interiors such as those for headrests and table extensions. So that users can rely on a lightweight, lubrication-free solution, even for higher payloads, igus® has now expanded its drylin® NT telescopic rail series. The new igus® drylin® NT-35-P-HD telescopic rails set new standards in terms of load capacity and extension length for rails of this type. The robust combination of coated aluminium rails is able to accept the load the NT-35 model of the same dimensions can.

The NT-35-P-HD telescopic rail is easy to install and, thanks to its construction, offers high stability and rigidity. It can be ordered in the desired extension length and adapts to any application environment. Both the NT-35-P-HD with an aluminium centre rail and the NT-35-P with a light plastic rail continue to benefit from new pre-load elements. These give the rails a full, high-quality operation.
