ESQM 2.0
The ESQM 2.0 is an innovative pillow block bearing for tracking solar modules, which is characterized by high performance, simple installation, optimized materials and reduced installation height. It consists of a split housing and two spherical ball half-shells that enable angular compensation of up to 9° and a radial load capacity of up to 50kN. The spherical ball is made of the wear-resistant and chemical-resistant tribopolymer iglide P UV, which is also highly UV-resistant. The lower part of the housing is also made from a UV-resistant material and has pins that prevent the bearing from slipping during installation. The upper part of the housing is a galvanized sheet metal extender crossbar, which saves installation height. In addition, there are openings in the spherical cap for guiding cables along the profile, which enables clean and safe cabling of the solar modules. The second generation of the ESQM is lighter than its predecessor and therefore saves material and costs. The ESQM 2.0 is the ideal solution for the solar industry, which requires dry-running, maintenance-free, reliable and environmentally friendly tracking of solar modules.

The blue igubal food contact spherical bearings offer a cost-effective alternative to stainless-steel bearings and are approved for direct contact with food.
