Double rail 0620 stainless steel

The smallest drylin W double rail made of stainless steel for special requirements: water contact (sea water, splash water, underwater), cleaning, chemicals, temperatures, extremely robust and durable, the new rails are made of V4A (1.4571/AISI 316 ti).

Miniature linear slide made of stainless steel

The smallest size is now also available in stainless steel. It is particularly suitable for applications that require high corrosion and media resistance. The linear bearing films on the high-performance polymer iglidur J ensure a high running performance on stainless steel rails.

Miniature linear slide PFAS-/PTFE-free

At less than 10 grams, the WWP-06-20-04 is the lightest slide in the drylin product range. Wherever space, lightweight construction and a reasonable price are required, the small econ drylin W linear slide with its compact design of 32x40x14 mm is a convincing choice.

Extremely light and compact linear slides made of iglidur polymer A230 are now available to match the new drylin W double rail WS-06-20-ES made of stainless steel. The slide meets the requirements for conformity for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Linear plain bearing housing with individual clearance adjustment

Affordable single bearing housings made of die-cast zinc for horizontal and vertical installation positions. Our drylin W linear plain bearing housings with individual clearance adjustment are made of die-cast zinc. The linear housings not only have easy clearance adjustment with the standard 1.5 mm Allen key, but also have a long service life thanks to linear bearing foils made of iglidur J200.

Single housing with spring preload

Affordable single bearing housings made of die-cast zinc for horizontal and vertical installation positions. With the single bearing housings with spring preload, you have two different preload classes to choose from. The drylin single bearing housings are characterized by their precisely controlled adjustment without any piece slip effect. In addition, the single bearing housings are lightweight and consist of 16 g of die-cast zinc and 7 g of aluminum.

Econ polymer linear slide

The first PFAS-free all-plastic slide for the compact size 1030 of the drylin W linear modular system. Extremely simple assembly thanks to the monoblock shape. You can choose between easy handling - monoblock, defined displacement forces - monoblock with preload and defined stopping points - monoblock with locking ball.

Miniature linear guides

The miniature linear guide is lightweight thanks to plastic and anodized aluminum. This makes the linear rails robust and corrosion-resistant. The carriage is 28% narrower, 12% flatter and 70% lighter than the WW-06-20-06 carriage. The linear plain bearing films are made of iglidur J200 and are therefore durable.

Linear guides anti-reflective

drylin W linear slide of the T-series for quick assembly. Matching double rails made of black anodized aluminum. Anti-reflective surfaces for reduced light reflections. This gives it an unobtrusive design and easy handling thanks to the mono slide. The slide is 28% narrower, 12% flatter and 70% lighter than the WW-06-20-06 slide. 

Hygienic Design

The new study on hygienic design is a clean system with FDA and EU10/2011 compliant components. It has the same dimensions as recirculating ball bearing guides and is particularly easy to clean.

PFAS free telescopic rail

Drylin NT-35 telescopic rails can be extended to a length of up to 600 mm, absolutely quietly and without any lubrication. Whether as a full, partial or over-extension, NT systems glide cleanly and maintenance-free and completely do without lubricated balls. The polymer center rail is now also available in PFAS/PTFE-free iglidur GLW.

Metal-free, PFAS-free telescopic extension

The lightest telescopic rail NTP-27, 125 mm full extension, weighs only 45 grams. Equipped with a smooth-running spring preload element, it can be installed quickly and easily. The NTP polymer extractor is now also available with PFAS-free components.

End caps

We offer the NTKA and NTKB end caps for your NT-35 and NT-60 telescopic rails. They are characterized by their flat design to cover the extension rail and their high design to cover the entire NT front side. They not only provide privacy protection on the front side of your telescopic rails, but also have a rounded edge protection geometry.
