Use of the CF298 in practice

Use of the CF211 in practice
Crown caps, toothbrushes, computer housings, laundry baskets - all these products are manufactured using the injection moulding process. Injection moulding machines are used when products need to be produced in large quantities. Injection moulding also has the advantage that the items can be produced with high precision in a short time. However, these advantages of the process also place high electrical and mechanical demands on the cables used in the machine. Our CF211 data cable has a twisted pair construction and an overall shield for high EMC protection. This ensures reliable and precise data transmission.

The machines are in continuous use and have to produce quickly so that large quantities can be produced. Added to this is the dry and hot air that prevails in halls with injection moulding machines. The chainflex CF211 data cable has a long service life, and short travel distances and short strokes in particular are no problem. The PVC outer jacket is ideally suited for dry environments due to its low flammability and good abrasion properties.
