igus® produces various types of rollers from our high-performance plastic iglide® printing materials that are up to 50 times more wear resistant than standard 3D-printing materials. We extensively test our engineered composite plastics inside our 41,000-square-foot test lab to ensure every 3D-printed part offers exceptional wear rates comparable to injection-molded components inside moving applications. All of our 3D-printed parts are low-friction, maintenance-free and self-lubricating. We produce 3D-printed conveyor rollers, pulleys, profile rollers, guide rollers, flange rollers and forming rollers in special shapes or dimensions for prototypes and small batches, no minimum order quantity required!
