In the case of this adhesive resin system, a lifting platform moves upward to a height three or four times a day to empty barrels with a volume of approx. 200 litres. The lifting platform is driven by means of two hydraulic pistons at low speed. Furthermore, various cables and six different hoses are required for the energy supply and compressed-air supply. All the cables are guided by an igus® energy chain cable carrier of the 3838 series from the E4/4 family.
