Intelligent algorithms provide a detailed status analysis that makes it possible to make precise predictions about the condition of the monitored machines and systems. The user-friendly dashboard provides valuable information in real time and enables optimum monitoring and control. A decisive advantage of the ComBox is that the costs for data transmission are already included in the product price, which ensures a transparent cost structure with no hidden fees. superwise Basic

Our free superwise Basic package already gives you access to our online portal. Here you have all your applications at a glance, you can manage your maintenance management in the online portal and receive an overview of the service life based on statistical data as a status message. And with 10% remaining service life, you will receive a timely Next Service notification from us. This allows you to plan the replacement of the e-chain without stress. Simply let us know that you would like to be registered for the superwise Basic service and you're in.

superwise Silver

The superwise Silver service is included in the purchase of the i.Sense module and the ComBox. Information on the actual motion profile is recorded and precise, percentage service life calculations and usage-dependent maintenance schedules are calculated exactly for your system. In difficult-to-access or hazardous environments, the remote monitoring and control system can make handling much easier. And when do things go wrong? Do anomalies occur? Does dust and dirt increase the pull/push forces? Does an object obstruct the movement of the chain? Anything is possible. Before anything worse happens, we will contact you and will be on site shortly if necessary.

superwise Gold

In the superwise Gold service, we measure the status information of your e-chain®. Based on the feedback from your system, we can make an even more precise, dynamic forecast of the service life and provide precise maintenance recommendations and planning down to the last detail. The superwise GOLD service is supported remotely, so security updates are carried out automatically. The service is integrated into the existing network structure (OT) on site.

Platinum superwise

Precise measurement and sensor data enable us to recognize when the product is nearing the end of its expected service life. Your e-chain in use is our responsibility. With the Platinum service, this means you receive an all-round service. We take care of maintenance, inspections and replacing the chain when necessary. The Platinum service requires a monthly fee. There are no additional costs.

Your data do not leave your company network at any time, since the i.Cee software communicates only within networks of your choice. Options range from an e-chain® within a single machine to a machine park and your own output interface.

i.Cee:cloud

In this internet-based solution, the data take an intermediate stop at the i.Cee.net, a so-called data concentrator. The i.Cee.net is at your location, allowing you to stop or adjust data exchange with the cloud at any time.
