Two classics in a new material guise

The new ESD triflex® product range for dress packs includes two new systems for maximum flexibility when equipping industrial robots. Customers have been using both basic systems successfully for over 15 years. The standard RS retraction system and the fiber rod system are based on the same retraction system – Internal fiberglass rods. These rods are completely enclosed by the dissipative triflex® R dress pack, so that any tensions that may occur can be dissipated directly.

Special finishes and form-fit connections complete the range and ensure maximum safety in the ESD environment.

Additional stability

The radius protector on the TRCF.65.100.0 provides extra protection against kinking. The use of the protector increases the radius from 100mm to 200mm. This means that the process fiber, which is mainly used in laser welding and is also the most expensive cable, is optimally protected for maximum product service life.
