Maximum modularity | in six sizes
By combining different single pod sizes, the e-skin flat allows you to utilise the smallest installation spaces effectively. Three additional variants for further flexibility: size SKF10 in openable and closed versions, plus the SKF15 now in openable version.

Straight run guaranteed
The layer holder guides several layers of the e-skin flat straight in the track, even with very long unsupported lengths. The e-skin flat layers thus remain on top of each other and can utilise the unsupported specifications of the e-skin® flat with support chains, even if these are not installed in every layer.

Securely fasten individual pods
Single pods of the e-skin flat system can now also be easily attached and strain-relieved. This means that individual cables can be guided separately from each other in a pod after the movement, or single pods can be used to organise a string of cables for the smallest movements.

ESD protection for cleanroom ISO 1
Proven e-skin soft now made of dissipative material. This prevents the formation of electrostatic fields and the abrupt discharge caused by the movement of the black e-skin soft due to the material. The e-skin soft ESD is suitable for the highest cleanroom class, with a small installation space.

The ring interior separation enables clean distribution of the cables and hoses with minimal abrasion, as it is made of the tribo-optimised plastic iglidur J. This has proven itself in numerous tests and applications as the best glide surface for any cable jacket or hose material.
